The unfinished world
Humanity lives among things created by earlier generations: languages, medicines, stories, institutions and tools. Creation is the responsibility to consider what is missing and what might be responsibly made possible.
Innovation and consequence
New technology is not automatically beneficial. The obligation to create includes examining who gains, who bears risk and how a system changes the lives of people who may never have consented to its design.
A distinct priesthood
The Priesthood of Innovation cultivates the builder’s vocation through knowledge, imagination, research and institution-building. It is a sibling priesthood to Restoration, not a subordinate branch.
